The original Flame Room was in the Concord Hotel located on Main Street in West Concord during the 1930's and 1940's. This display room is also one that can be rented for a variety of events. It seats 48 with it's tables and two (2) booths. We do not have a kitchen but a work area allows for events to be catered or groups can bring in their own food to serve. Call us for more information or to reserve the room.
The Auditorium has a stage, gymnasium floor and permanent seating for approximately 200. The Society also has 15 large tables and 80 chairs that can be set up on the gymnasium floor. This facility is available to rent for larger events.
Larger than the Flame Room but not as big as the Auditorium, we also have a large class room on the second floor available for rent for those not so large events.
"The Attic" is a garage sale room. We accept donations for "The Attic" and, of course, encourage you to shop as well.
